Jim co-founded Merritt Hall in 1987. His greatest satisfaction is the people; the life-long relationships and friendships he’s been blessed with over the years from business partners, co-workers, clients, and company representatives. He and his wife Lynn have ten grandchildren ranging in age from 15 to 3. Spending time with his grandchildren is a true joy and a pleasure.
